Under separate ownerships, the Golf Course and All-Suites Hotel (Fairway Suites Concept) create a competitive advantage for both businesses that will create additional profits for each as well as added property value.
The Country Club provides a resort-type atmosphere where guests are able to enjoy golf, driving range, putting green, food and beverage,
meeting and banquet facilites.
Accommodations for golf tournaments and special Club events (i.e. weddings, parties, family reunions, holiday celebrations, etc.), will increase hotel occupancy for weekends.
Co-marketing of hotel and golf course will reach a wider audience and preferred demographic group.
The country club provides base of potential hotel clients, generated by the 25,000-50,000 rounds of golf played annually and existing Club members. This results in a shorter ramp-up period for first year occupancy.
The Golf Course is already a commercial businesss, which should translate to lower costs in bringing utilities to the site as well as assistance
with zoning and entitlement issues.
