Golf Course/Hotel site should be positioned in a primary growth area with commercial activity containing room night generators.

2. Visibility:
The property should offer good visibility of the building or the signage from the primary road system.

3. Land Requirement
The Hotel needs approximately one acre plus cooperative parking.

4. Architectural Design
The Hotel’s exterior design will be compatible with the Golf Courses’ Club House and surroundings.

5. Competitive Advantage
Proposed Hotel should be near the epi-center of commercial activity. Which includes: office facilities, hospitals, entertainment venues, airports and other room night generators.

6. Course Selection
Only reputable established courses with good facilities in sturdy markets will qualify for consideration.

7. Existing hotels/market performance
We will evaluate what other brands or independent hotels are already in the market, their performance, the level of quality, condition and age. Economic strength, area hotel occupancies and rates will assist in determining market demand for hotel feasibility.

8. Restaurant/retail support
Fairway Suites hotels do not include restaurants in their facilities. Therefore, it is important to be close to restaurants and some diversified retail facilities for the convenience and use of guests.

9. A Approval by Hotel Franchise
Golf Course/Hotel site will have to be approved by one of our National Franchisors.
