The first thing we do is visit your site and research the golf course, the area around the course, the city and zoning and entitlement issues.
We then discuss with you where the hotel would best be placed on the property. Our architect submits a few options, keeping in mind that we only need about an acre of land plus cooperative parking.
Next, we recommend an upper-tier Hotel that would best suit your Golf Course and area. We meet with the Hotel representatives, the Hotel franchisees and their team.
We negotiate all the pertinent Service Agreements, joint marketing efforts, and architectural decisions necessary with the Hotel Developers to make both business' appear as one seamless enterprize.
